You are purchasing a special gift at a special time and we want you to be happy with your item. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any errors made during your custom personalization of your purchase, including any choices you may have made on color, style and personalization. So please check – and double check – your order.
We are responsible for any errors we make during production of your custom personalized blanket or sweater. If we make a mistake, we ask for your forgiveness and a little extra time to make a new one.
You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date, as long as the purchase shows no signs of use. All returns must be in original condition and unused with all applicable tags still attached.
If you would like to return an item send it back to us using the original shipping box and packing material your item came in. Customers are responsible for the return postage. Include a note asking for a refund.
Your refund will not include shipping charges previously paid for USPS First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, any UPS shipment methods, or shipping charges incurred upon returning the merchandise. We will refund your credit or debit card and send you an email stating that your return is completed. Credits normally take 5 to 7 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
