All orders are shipped at a flat $5.00 charge by United States Postal Service two-day Priority Mail®. This rate is over half off normal shipping rates.
What is your return policy?
We have a Money Back Guarantee and a No Hassle Return Policy. We want you to be happy with your item, but, unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any errors made during your custom personalization, including any choices you may have made on color, style and personalization. So please check – and double check – your order.
We are responsible for any errors we make during production of your custom personalized blanket or sweater. You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date, as long as the purchase shows no signs of use. Please see our Return Policy for more details.
